She's one of the lucky few who doesn't need the help of make-up and hours of preening to look good even when under the spotlight.

But Jessica Alba seems to be putting in more of an effort with her beauty regimes recently - although not necessarily to the best effect.

The Sin City star was spotted attending Paris Fashion Week on Monday morning sporting some large and bushy eyebrows.

The 31-year-old actress seems to have filled in her brows compared to the way they prev! iously looked.

And they seemed to look darker as she took to the front row to check out Stella McCartney's autumn/winter showcase.

Although Jessica went for a more natural make-up look that she was seen sporting the day before.

Alba looked slender in some black skinny trousers and jacket, matching it with high heels and a white shirt done up to her neck.

She wore her hair down and wavy as she took her seat next to Nicole Richie, who was also dressed to impress in a monochrome frock.

The girls posed for photos before concentrating on the catwalk show, joining the other A-listers at the stylish event, with Jessica even managing to meet up with designer Stella after the runway.

Jessica has spent the last few days in the French capital, and it was only a day earlier that she turned up to a party looking a lot more made up than her usual style.

On Sunday night the Sin City star went a little heavy handed as she ignored the rule to keep the rest of your make-up simple if going dark on the lips.

The 31-year-old opted for a vibrant dark red for her lipstick as she headed to the Diesel + Edun launch party at Theatre Gaite Lyrique.

But instead of just concentrating on her lips, Jessica also loaded on the blusher and mascara for the outing.

Although committing the slight faux pas, she still, of course, managed to ooze style and look good for the occasion.

She went for an all black ensemble, showing off her svelte figure in high waisted trousers and a cropped jumper which showed off her midriff.

Jessica even accessorised to match, with co-ordinating leather heels, handbag and belt.

She wore her dip-dye hair down and wavy, even paying attention to her nails with dark polish.

Although she wasn't the only big name at the bash.

Tilda Swinton was also in attendance, showing off her eccentric style in a loud trouser suit with clashing shirt.

The actress, who last week revealed her cameo in David Bowie's new music video, wore her cropped hair slicked off her face with black heels as she made her entrance.

Adrien Brody also completed the A-list guest list as he sauntered in looking fairly casual in dirty trainers, tan coloured chinos and a leather jacket.

U2's Bono also showed up wearing his staple sunglasses indoors outfit.

Alba jetted into Paris with daughter Honor last week.

The pair were seen enjoying themselves on some rides in the French city on Sunday, although Honor looked a little squeamish on what may be her first rollercoaster ride.

Never one to miss a fashion opportunity Jessica later rolled up her sleeves for the Kenzo fashion show turning the coat into a Kimono style look and with its waterfall-style lapels, kimono sleeves and cinched waist the actress looked stunning.

Jessica and her daughter have taken in the sights of Paris since arriving in France and have posed for pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower and have also visited a traditional French bakery.

And the Hollywoo! d star lo! oked a picture of health and happiness as she enjoyed herself on the fairground rides after admitting she thought she recently suffered with a stroke.

During an appearance on Jimmy Fallon Live last Tuesday, she said: 'Basically I thought I was having a stroke last week. I really, really thought I was.

'It was 2.30 in the morning and I woke up and my hand started to go numb. The whole entire thing went numb.

'It was dead, I couldn't move it. My whole arm went numb. I got cold sensations in the back of my neck to my front. I couldn't move my face.'

However, Jessica need not have worried as a doctor diagnosed her with carpal tunnel syndrome - a relatively common condition which causes pain, numbness and a tingling sensation in the hand and fingers.
