Jessica Alba has opened up about her post-baby weight loss.

The Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World actress, who welcomed her second child in August with husband Cash Warren, revealed that she tried to be healthier for her second pregnancy.

"I didn't gain as much weight with my second pregnancy, so I think that really made a big difference," Alba told Us Weekly.

"I just made healthier choices," she continued. "I started working out and not going too crazy, but I did what was safe and what the doctor approved."

The star went on to admit that she is finding it easier to enjoy motherhood the second time around.

"It's nice to enjoy having a newborn instead of being overwhelmed and wonder if everything is going to be okay," Alba said. "Now I'm like, 'Oh, she'll be fine!' They're so sweet together."

In September, Alba revealed that her second child was born under unusual circumstances, claiming that the baby was born still inside the amniotic sac.
