Jessica Alba 'Chain Smoking' To Get Back Pre-Baby Body
WENNJessica Alba has taken drastic measures to get back to her original size after having two children; but the beautiful actress has also demanded a body double for stripping scenes in 'Sin City 2'.
The sequel to the 2005 blockbuster sees Jessica reprise her role as blonde stripper Nancy.
The original saw the natural brunette in scantily clad outfits and performing sexy stripper routines, but seven years on, Jessica isn't comfortable revealing her body again.
A source close to the mother of two told Life and Style magazine: "She was crushed when filming began and she didn't have her original body back so she told producers she wanted a body double.
''Her body is incredible, but for her it's not good enough. She's cut out carbs and does the P90X Ab Ripper twice a day, but she still isn't happy.''

Ditching carbs isn't the only change the 31 year old has made to her lifestyle.
The source added: "She's been chain smoking lately to keep her appetite at bay. Jessica struggled with an eating disorder in her teens and when she's under pressure to look good for a part, she can slip back into extreme behaviour.''
