Jessica Alba: I love office work

Jessica Alba has a "deep passion" for office work.

The 31-year-old actress has started her own environmentally conscious company. Jessica says making the jump from Hollywood stardom to the world of business was a natural move for her. The mother-of-two describes her regulated corporate life as being the perfect balance to the chaotic world of show business.

"It's awesome [her company] - it really does feel like this is my third baby. It's a deep passion of mine and I spend all my time at the office," Jessica admitted to US magazine Self. "I think it's a nice balance to Hollywood because it's so free and it's so creative and so much of what you do is in someone else's hands... but this is something that I could actually control and I could see from the beginning to the end."

Jessica says founding The Honest Company was "really wonderful and fulfilling". She admits it has been a labour of love to get the business operating as it is today. Now she has succeeded with her business dream, Jessica is enjoying every moment of it.

"Especially when it was so hard to get it going for so long," Jessica continued. "For it to actually be here and exist is pretty cool."
