The mother of two was recently spotted getting pampered at an NYC nail salon wearing canary yellow skinny jeans (she also has a pair in lime green). She played up her pastel pants with this nautical-striped sweater featuring the same hue. While Jessica may look fabulous in just about anything, her classic top is universally flattering and better still, costs less than $80.
